Christmas Journey Serving Opportunities

Thank you for wanting to serve at the Christmas Journey! Below are all the positions we need to fill. Browse the list & descriptions, then click on any title for dates & times (including sizes if you want to be an angel or townsperson).

Note that for every position EXCEPT townsperson or shepherd, you must be 18 years old or older. For a townsperson or shepherd, those under 18 years old must serve with a responsible adult.

  • Please make sure to complete and submit a volunteer form if you plan on participating! If you'll be working as an angel, townsperson, facilities assistant, fire crew, golf cart driver, technical assistant, ticket sales, or volunteer coat check, this form is mandatory. The form needs to be completed, signed and mailed or hand-delivered to Trinity as soon as possible! Also, please include a copy of your drivers license.

Cafe-Cookies & Hot Chocolate-FILLED

Transport cookies and drinks from kitchen to student café. Serve cookies, hot chocolate, and coffee to guests and help clean up café.

Work in the church kitchen baking fresh cookies. Help with clean up of the kitchen.

Costumes

Assist with organizing costumes and assigning them to actors. Help actors and “extras” get into costume.
