Child Dedication is parental recognition of a solemn responsibility and trust -- a responsibility to raise your child in the nurture and instruction of the Lord. The Dedication Service provides you, as a parent, an opportunity to make this commitment public before God, your friends, and family.

In order to actually dedicate your child (or if you want more information), contact Ashley Richards by email or phone 272.3823.  She will collect basic information (i.e., parent’s name, child’s name, birthday, birthplace, service to dedicate…) and will schedule a taping time. The taping will introduce the family during the dedication and will provide the parents with a chance to say a special message to their child. 

Parents will need to attend a training (and complete their taping) the Sunday prior to the dedication service (which is scheduled for Sunday, November 13.).
