Partnering in Prayer

"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land."

Now, more than ever, our state and nation need God's intervention.  Many people are feeling completely hopeless with unemployment rate at 11%, homes being lost, and families being impacted.  God promised if His people would pray, seek His face and turn from their wicked ways that He would hear and would heal their land.  Will you join the National Day of Prayer Task Force during the lunch hour on May 5 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. to seek God's face and ask for His help with the current difficulties we are facing as a state and a nation?

  • Pray at the Capitol (from 11:45 a.m. - 1 p.m.): Join us at the Capitol for the prayer event.
  • Be an Event Intercessor: Join a team of intercessors to pray prior to event for a successful, smooth, Christ-centered and God-glorifying prayer event that will impact believers and our local community, state and nation.  Contact Sylvia Tubergen
  • Pray at Work:  If you cannot join us at the capitol steps but would still like to pray.  You can print the lunch break prayer card and pray right along with us.  It has suggested scriptures and the identical prayer topics as those that will be prayed for on the capitol steps.  There is not distance in prayer,  join us while you're at work.
