Daron is now the Director for Young Adult Ministries, Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina, working out of Charleston, South Carolina.  There he serves 75 churches by consulting and strategizing with their pastoral staff. In it's simplest form, his job description is to create "missional" cultures within their churches that result in effectively engaging people with the life-changing message of Jesus.
