Evaluations & Orientations

Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation. The scheduled evaluations have ended so you must contact Leslie at Leslie.Gordon@TrinityWired.com or phone 517-272-3835 to make arrangements.

League Schedule

• Practices: Begin the week of Monday, January 11, 2010.
• First Game: Saturday, February 6, 2010
• Awards Celebration: Sunday, March 21, 2010

Registration Information

Online Registration is now Closed.
You may complete a form, and then drop it off with the registration fee at the church office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or Sunday mornings between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

• Click here to download a copy of Trinity Church’s and Upward’s Release of Liability forms. If you are signing up online, you’ll be asked to indicate your agreement with the terms and conditions during the registration process.

Cost:  $70/child for Basketball OR Cheerleading
          Deadline for registration is December 17, 2009

Click below on [Register Now!] to complete your registration form & pay online.  You will first go to the webform to register.  When complete, you will need to click [Submit] to bring up the payment screen.  A single registration will appear in your shopping cart.  If you need to add more individuals, click your browser's [Back] button, fill out another form and submit it.  Continue until you are ready to check out.  Fill in the payment form and click on [Check Out] to finish the process.  Note: you will NOT be registered until the payment screen processes successfully.
