Elementary

Children love to come to Trinity and learn because it’s fun and everything is designed just for them! Our children come back week after week because they enjoy it so much they can’t wait to return.

Children are wired to connect; they have opportunity to connect with each other, with quality adult leaders, and to connect with their God.  They get a chance to grow in their knowledge and understanding of Jesus Christ and their role in His world. At Trinity, there are many options to foster this—

  • Saturdays at 6 p.m.: On Saturdays, elementary children begin in the adult worship service for family worship. They are dismissed to their own program following the music. At the conclusion of the service, parents pick their children up and have the option of staying and participating in a family activity.
  • Sundays at 9:15 & 11 a.m.: WOW! (Wonder of Worship) Time. During Sunday Adult Worship times, children meet in small groups with relational leaders and go together to a large group celebration for awesome music and creative learning time with our best leaders and presenters.  Their morning of learning, worship, and activities includes group time with a relational leader, participating in activities and discussing questions that will help them relevantly apply the Bible truth. This is also a key time for them to get to know each other.
  • Kidmo: Children attending more than one weekend service attend this multimedia teaching & music program geared just for kids at the 11 a.m. service.  Kidmo packs application-based biblical lessons with memory work, interactive games, and a take-home plan that reinforces the teaching.  Kidmo is also offered on Wednesday nights.
  • TEC for children: Running concurrently with the adult TEC (Trinity Equipping Center), children in K-5 have the opportunity to participate in a Kidmo program—a high energy, exciting multi-media program with an emphasis on application of Bible stories and memory work.
  • 4th-5th Grade Leadership Team:  4th-5th grade students work with adult leaders to study what it means to be leaders, with a focus on servant leadership (practicing through input in the elementary ministry), and by planning aspects of the ministry, including outreach events. The team meets on Wednesday nights during TEC.
