Men's Ministry

QUEST Men's Ministry challenges men to build their relationship with God, with each other, and with their community.  Our goal is to support you in becoming a fully-developed disciple of Jesus, the head of your home, and a man who influences the people you encounter to know and glority Christ.

Your Relationship with God
Everything begins with your relationship with God.  We're here to help you discover hope in Christ and develop faith in Him by exploring His Word and becoming increasingly obedient to Him.  As you grow in your relationship with Christ, you will grow in the way you relate to and influence others for Him.

The QUEST Men's Bible Studies are a great way to ignite your walk with Christ.  Join us on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:00 or Thursday mornings from 6:30 to 8:00 to enjoy Biblical teaching and fellowship alongside other men.  For more information about QUEST2Day or QUEST2Nite, contact Ron Vanderlaan at ronvanderlaan@comcast.net.

Your Relationship with Other Men
To live the life God has planned for you, it's essential that you connect with other men that are committed to following Christ.  Are you looking for authentic relationships with other men?  QUEST Men's Ministry is here to provide opportunities for fellowship and relationships with other men in a variety of venues--for example, through our QUEST Bible studies and breakfasts and our True North outdoorsmen events.  Whether you want to learn to study and understand the Bible, like competitive sports such as flag football or basketball, or learn how to fly fish or do archery, you can do it with other men through QUEST.

If you're married and/or a dad, one area where the support, encouragement, and accountability of other men is especially important is in learning to be the head of your home.  QUEST breakfasts, Bible studies, and other events are places where you can connect with men who share the desire to reclaim the role God designed for us as Biblical leaders in our families.

Your Engagement with the Community
Another important aspect of your life as a Christ follower is investing in and influencing others--both those who know Christ and those who don't yet know Him.  QUEST is here to help you connect to others through serving, by learning how to share your faith naturally and boldly, and by learning to invest in each other's development as disciples.

You may be ready to mentor other Christians, or you may want to be mentored.  Because we take our mission seriously, we try to create places where men can connect with other men, as well as with their sons and daughters.

The Bottom Line
We are a journey of men:

► Trusting God with who He says we are
► Trusting other men with who we really are
► Maturing to become the men God says we are

Our Mission is to help men...

  • DISCOVER their hope in Christ,
  • DEVELOP their faith in Christ, and
  • DEPLOY Christ’s love to others

QUEST

QUEST provides different venues for men to build authentic relationships with other men. These venues include: QUEST2Nite and QUEST2Day. Open Close

Our weekly men’s communities are great places for men to get connected with other men. We use the sermon-based “growth group” format in these communities. QUEST2Nite meets Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and QUEST2Day meets Thursday mornings from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. These communities give you a great taste of what a small group is like. Come join us anytime!

Our Vision
To bring men into a meaningful "relationship" with God and other men so that they can become effective ministers within their homes, workplaces, and communities.
