- Read and/or watch other accompanying documents, charts, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
- Take a brief quiz. Either
- Open the webform, choose the correct answers and click 'Submit' OR
- Download the quiz, answer the questions the attach the finished quiz to an email to Ashley Richards; you may also print your completed quiz and drop it off at the main office or mail it to:
